Changed the settings to random which is a bit of a workaround – but still can’t see why the drag and drop doesn’t seem to function ?

In reply to: IP address has been blocked for security reasonsYep thanks for that , I assuming there’s a way to a plugin folder via the public html directory on my server? As it stands the situation is trickier , I won’t name the hosting provider – they presumably save money by outsourcing their support. After spending literally one very frustrating hour not being understood, the guy at the other end has created a new install for me that I’m assuming will overwrite my site as it’s pointing to the same url.the link is http://www.guitarfactoryschool.com/wp-admin/install.php
It was just a single landing page but the support has been so unbelievably inept with this group, I think I’ll lick my wounds and simply re-install wordpress on another Hosting provider that doesn’t outsource customer support. Any recommendations ?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Publishing SiteI spent an entire day playing with wordpress (back and front end ) everything was OK, it worked perfectly. Next day it worked fine then after I installed a series of plugins ( from within wordpress) I can’t access the front end. Thought things were going too well ! Any ideas please ?
