In reply to: MYSQL WP database unable to connectOne issue is that I need to set this up on Windows 2000 which is already using IIS for different applications . In that tutorial it says i NEED to disable IIS.
I’m almost thinking to go back to an older version of mysql…

Yes I gave the user access and i even tried the root username nad password still cant connect..

In reply to: Fakers…That’s why there is blacklist plugin or hack. There is no way you can control the names of people posting comments on your site. However, you can moderate your comments.
