Thanks for the confirmation Ivailo!
All the best,
Hey again,
the latest release of 1.12.8 version should resolve this PHP notice.
Let us know if that helps or if you have anything else we can help with 🙂

All the best,
Handcraft ByteHello @deflation,
thank you for opening up this support thread.
To be able to advice more we would need you to provide us with following information:
1. GTM debugger session (instruction how to get the URL: https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/6107056?hl=en#share)
2. One or more URL of transaction confirmation page (this is the screen that users see after the purchase)
Please don’t share this information here but send us at [email protected]
We need the GTM debugger session to be able to tell how exactly the tags are being triggered and the example transaction URLs makes it easier for us to see how the purchase event is tracked.
I hope that makes sense,

Handcraft ByteHello @ksaltik,
currently the refund event is not supported. We plan to add it in future releases but most certainly it will require server-side Google Tag Manager container.
The reason for that is the user performing the refund operation is not the customer tied to the transaction so this event should not be tracked in the browser of operator doing refund. When using server side calls we can provide the same datapoints that were captured during the purchase and tie those events correctly.
I hope that helps a bit!

All the best,
Handcraft Byte teamHello @dacalleg,
sorry for the long waiting time, but we had unexpected personal time off recently.
The PRO version has support for both events with the parameters you have mentioned. That said this is still initial implementation and we are more than happy to work with you on refining on when and how exactly those events fire.
When buying the PRO version we guarantee 30 days refund in case we cannot implement everything you need.Regarding the custom event – I would think about implementing them within Google Tag Manager. This would be a custom trigger and tag, the parameter could be a variable or static value with separate triggers and tags.
Let me know if that helps or if you would need some further assistance.
All the best,

Hello @calyweb,
thank you for reporting it.
We understand how big this issue is for you, but are you 100% sure this is related to our plugin called Google Tag Manager for WooCommerce?
Our plugin does inject certain things to footer of WordPress/WooCommerce pages but they all eventually put things in Google Tag Manager DataLayer object which looks like “dataLayer.push(event)” and we never directly call 3rd party SDKs such as FB/Meta pixel and the “fbq” function. Can you please verify that and let us know?
All the best,
Michał from Handcraft ByteHello @astrologiamb,
we have did some basic testing of this setup and it seems the transaction should be tracked in the main currency of the WooCommerce shop.
If you have any doubts about this we suggest running a GTM debugger and performing a test transaction in different currency. If you are unsure about this please send us a link to order confirmation page after such test (this URL needs to contain test order details, please don’t share with us your customer details) and we can inspect DataLayer parameters for you.
Let us know if this helps,

Michał from Handcraft ByteHello,
thank you for your question. I think it makes sense – your customers are making transactions in their local currency but in the end you would like to track everything in USD.
We will double check the behaviour of the plugin and we will get back to you.
All the best,
Michał from Handcraft ByteHello @dexmike,
I’m really sorry for the waiting time, is this question still relevant for you?
All the best,
