all i did was went to each page to edit, and hit “update” and voila, it worked. just to re-cap, i had not modified any of the pages or code, even after a fresh reinstall of the plugin, the same thing was happening. so clicking “update” on each page in the editor somehow “activates” them or something.
i fixed my issue. totally unrelated to “modifying the pages”
Thanks anyways guys! happy coding!
i moved my project from a subdomain to its own domain. I have reinstalled this plugin over and over and not changed any of the pages. I have noticed that when I uninstall it, though, there are plenty of leftovers in my database. i have manually gone through and replaced any URL referencing the subdomain with the correct domain. the only thing i do modify is the CSS to match colors of the site, nothing else.

I am also having the same problem. I have not modified any of the pages the plugin setup, and the shortcodes are still there. When it works how its supposed to, it should have something like “?checoutmethod=paypal” or something like that. grr…
