In reply to: [Connections Business Directory] DB Changed – How to get the contacts back?I do believe I have the same issue after moving the website from an old host to a new host. I also renewed my licenses for the plug-ins: Form, Link, Circled. My testing login is no longer recognized which really concerns me. I am unable to view the subscribers when logged in as admin.
Here are the details: from the WordPress dashboard, I click on Users. All (112) Users is by default selected, yet no users are visible. If I click on Administrator (7), then the seven administrators appear. If I click on Subscriber (105), again no users are visible.
Also now some of the links don’t resolve when any subscriber tries to login or if one tries to view the subscriber info.
I found the issue. I was using the wrong Access key. I was using the CleanTalk Security Access key in the spot where the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Access key is input.
Thank you for the excellent support.
I followed the instructions but deleted the caching plugin instead of deactivating. I now get this error message: “Error occurred while Access key validating. Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.” I checked the Access key and confirmed it matches the Access key purchased. I also have this error message: “Synchronization process failed. Please, check the acces key and restart the synch.” Thoughts on what I should try next?
I followed the method described. I confirmed “Complete Deactivation” was selected before deactivation of the plug-in. I reactived and I inserted my access key which then validated. But unfortunately, the “Syncing data with the cloud” feature runs continuously without notifying of completion.
