I upgraded via WordPress and not through FTP.
After I deactivate and delete the plugin and try to reinstall I get the message
Installatie mislukt: Kon bestand niet kopiëren. /website.nl/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/vendor/dompdf/dompdf/src/Cellmap.phpI also checked the file rights, but they are allright.

I’m sorry for the confusion, but it’s my mistake.
I was asked to check this and now realize that the layout is indeed from a completely different issue.

It is generated with your plugin and I never changed anything to the simple template.
