Happy to hear that the first issue is resolved. You just have to minimize the value from 50 to 40/30.

We have released a new version after solving the issue.

We can see that you’re using shortcode to display FAQs.
With shortcode, you should position it in your page editor. If you’re using hook to display FAQs, you should choose the correct action hook for the position.
It also looks like some styles are not matched according to site theme and page styles.
We can help you though to display the FAQs, if you give us staging credentials.
