The remove duplicates option is not showing. We don’t think that fresh duplicates are being generated, but I should like to get rid of the duplicates that have been generated. Is this possible?

We’re using Version 3.4.1
Is it a case of deleting all the old entries, or should the fix remove duplicates?

We have been running the latest release of both the plugin and wordpress. Our user has replied as follows:
“Thanks for the advice.
However having downloaded Jing the Sun from which I am supposed to work does not feature on the Desktop.
For the record I have established that I lose all the events to Trash only when it is the first item on a page that I am trying to Trash. I have deleted what were items 2 and 3 on page 4 without losing anything else. And no problem on a second site we have, presumably as there are so few items on it.”
Does this throw any further light on the problem?
