When I inspect my website URL in GSC, its showing this under crawl
Crawl Last crawl 14 Oct 2021, 18:20:46 Crawled as Googlebot smartphone Crawl allowed? Yes Page fetch Successful Indexing allowed? info No: 'noindex' detected in 'robots' meta tagHey, I did the same as you told me. Removed the sitemap and submitted it again. But even now my site showing noindex and as per GSC it’s showing the last crawled date as 14 Oct 2021.
No, I didn’t. You mean I’ve to remove the sitemap from the google search console and resubmit it again right?

I think you’re right. It will be fine when google crawl it again.
and, maybe it is due to because when I was designing my website. I ticked the checkbox in WordPress dashboard setting “Discourage search engines from indexing this site”.
Google Search Console reports this for the homepage. Everything is fine and set to index in the Yoast plugin.
Don’t know why GSC showing my homepage is marked noindex.
