I have installed a local instance as well, when I copy the block via code editor and paste in this site, it works. I see the block settings in the right side. So technically, blocks are working. Just not showing up in all blocks section.

There were no PHP errors while installation. And here is the screenshot of Inspect Tool.
I am ready to share backend logins, if required.
