Same problem: Multiday events not displaying properly inconsistently… just showing a tiny part of the multiday bar, the bar is shown at a wrong place on top of the dates bar..should be shown in the field below the dates…
using:

ai1ec 1.7.1 premium was a problem with 1.6.x free also

open file wp-content/plugins/event-calendar-scheduler/admin.php and modify the second line like here:
include(dirname(__FILE__).’/groups.php’);
dont know why they havent updated the plugin, its a good calendar
