In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Commerce not updating failed paymentsThanks for that, Windcave havent been very helpful and we keep encountering issues. Today we had ten orders that didnt process correctly. What i need most is to ascertain if the issue is all on the windcave side and so if we change payment providers this issue will be fixed.
This is what our log looks like though?

Thanks for your reply. So yes all of these transactions are being accepted by windcave the payment processor, but the payments are coming through as either order failed or pending payment on the woo commerce side.
There is nothing suspicious about the orders – this is a green grocer that sells to local loyal customers so almost all of them are known to the business. Also it was happening sporadically – maybe 2 a day but then over the weekend it happened to ALL orders. That may have been related to the hold stock settings I changed? But I doubt it.
We had the site in testing for 6 weeks with testing payment live with no issues. I cant push the site back to testing payments as its live taking 5-10 orders a day.
I am in contact with windcave too trying to troubleshoot.
Hold stock was set to 60 mins, then i changed it to blank as it was cancelling orders that had paid, then we had a number of pending payment transactions come through so I have changed it to 43200 minutes as I dont want it to cancel good orders.
And yes that is where I am looking at the logs – but when im reading the log – is the whole log and error log in that everything in the log is an error? Or am I look for errors?
Im happy to provide you error logs but I cant attach in this system.

Im in touch with windcave to try troubleshoot too, but I have checked all that you said and to be honest the set up fields are quite different to your instructions now. Ive asked windcave to double check they are okay. We are getting mostly accepted orders – but today we had close to 7 orders with NO windcave payment info coming through.
Could really use some help getting to the cause!

Thanks for your reply – I think that can be debated as I use Page links to in many sites, running gutenberg and varying versions of wordpress and it is working no problem.
It also works on every other part of this website except your plugin.
I will contact them as well, but It will not surprise me if they come back this plugin is the issue.Hey, Thanks for your reply – how can I show you an example?
To simplify – the plugin “page links to” doesnt work with your plugin – it works on all other parts of the site and it works if we use classic editor.
But if classic editor is disabled – it doesnt work on the galleries.
