Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Actually, the language translation feature is available only in the Pro version of the plugin. The “Active Preference” feature in the plugin saves a user’s selected accessibility settings, such as text size, contrast mode, or readable fonts. So those preferences are automatically applied on future visits for a personalized and accessible browsing experience.
The Reset button in the plugin allows users to quickly restore all accessibility settings to their default state. With a single click, it clears active preferences such as text size, contrast mode, readable fonts, and other accessibility adjustments for a fresh browsing experience.
Also, could you please let us know which theme you are using and where you are facing the issue? Have you created a support thread yet? We regularly check support threads, respond to users, and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.We appreciate your kind cooperation and look forward to helping you resolve the issue.

We’re sorry to inform you that the toggle button disable option you requested is not available at the moment. However, we truly appreciate your suggestion, and we will consider adding this feature in a future update if possible.
For now, you can hide the toggle button by following the instructions below:
- Go to the Dark Reader Dashboard
- Navigate to Page Visibility
- Enable the option to Hide the Toggle Button for All Pages

We checked your website but could not find the Element Pack plugin installed there. We noticed that your site is using Elementor along with some other plugins. However, the support thread was created in the Element Pack support forum on ww.wp.xz.cn.
It’s possible that the thread was posted in the wrong support section, as Element Pack and Elementor are different plugins developed by different authors.
We kindly request you to create the support thread in the appropriate plugin support forum so the correct team can assist you properly.

We would like to inform you that Element Pack includes a large number of widgets and features. Due to this, it requires at least 812M PHP memory limit and 120 seconds execution time to properly load all widgets and features in the editor.
We kindly request you to check your PHP memory limit and other system requirements from the plugin dashboard. Please refer to this screenshot:
