We’re sorry to inform you that the toggle button disable option you requested is not available at the moment. However, we truly appreciate your suggestion, and we will consider adding this feature in a future update if possible.

For now, you can hide the toggle button by following the instructions below:
1. Go to the Dark Reader Dashboard
2. Navigate to Page Visibility
3. Enable the option to Hide the Toggle Button for All Pages

After doing this, the default toggle button will be hidden, and only your shortcode-based toggle button will appear on your pages.

We checked your website but could not find the Element Pack plugin installed there. We noticed that your site is using Elementor along with some other plugins. However, the support thread was created in the Element Pack support forum on ww.wp.xz.cn.

It’s possible that the thread was posted in the wrong support section, as Element Pack and Elementor are different plugins developed by different authors.

We kindly request you to create the support thread in the appropriate plugin support forum so the correct team can assist you properly.

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing.

We would like to inform you that Element Pack includes a large number of widgets and features. Due to this, it requires at least 812M PHP memory limit and 120 seconds execution time to properly load all widgets and features in the editor.

We kindly request you to check your PHP memory limit and other system requirements from the plugin dashboard. Please refer to this screenshot:
