can you simplify with a e.g for me please.

Well, Following what you said, I got translated all the text on the left hand side of the form, now my problem is with the text CHOOSE FILE AND NO FILE CHOSEN on the image insert field, I don’t know what to do, already try everything that I can imagine. can you tell me what I have to do.
