In reply to: [Redirection] Redirecting base url to external siteSorry, %5B should not be there (the text editor added those characters). Let me correct
https://oursite.com/newsletter/title-of-post
redirects to
https://externalsite.com/p/title-of-postWe tried:
source: /newsletter/(.*)
target: https://externalsite.com/p/$1This redirect redirects the source to https://externalsite.com, not https://externalsite.com/p/title-of-post
Yes, here is the product we are using for testing. https://sacramentovalleyconservancy.org/product/widget/
After I purchase the product for testing, I log in to Stripe to check the Payments tab and see what is in the Description line. We are trying to get the Order # and Product Category. Currently for product sales it has NAMEOFTHESITE – ORDER# (see here).
Here is the system status report. I made sure to update all Woocommerce plugins. Thank you for your assistance. Let me know if you need any other information.
Hello, thank you for taking a look, but we have Woocommerce with regular products as well. That’s what we’re looking to edit for the Stripe description line.
I figure it would be a different fix entirely with GiveWP and we’re not too concerned with that right now.

In reply to: [Simple Divi Shortcode] Shortcode suddenly stopped workingYes, that’s what’s odd. What we have in the backend is: [showmodule id=”587″]
But the output on the frontend is [et_pb_dfbm_blog _builder_version=”3.2.2″ custom_posttypes=”post” include_post_categories=”5,23,8,6,22,7,9,10″ include_post_tags=”50″ header_tag=”h4″ show_content=”content” show_limit_words=”on” show_comments=”off” show_author=”off” read_more=”off” template_type=”module” /]
that worked great – thank you!
that worked – thanks!
Update: childtheme/ultimate-member/templates/profile.php works fine, but /profile/posts-single.php as mentioned above still does not override the plugin default file for some reason.
It seems to have fixed itself. Thanks for the response though.
I was able to get tracking to work after adjusting the time zone. However, we don’t see any of the historical data up to this point. Where is that data stored? In the database? Is there a way to recover that data?
I have the same question. Would love to get a response from the developer if possible.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Lightbox Broken After 3.0 in Custom ThemeUnfortunately none of those solutions worked. I am noticing all the JS Console errors as well, but unsure how to resolve. Going to Woo support.
