I am having a similar problem. The page jumps on initial load. The solution you provided does not help because my news ticker element is below the sticky header. The problem is the ticker loads lastly after everything loads. That creates the jumping effect. You can check the website. I hope you can help me.

The changes I make to separator does not apply on the front end and I think the reason is it is missing list item class. Could you please kindly check to see the source code on the link I provided?
