I think a fresh install is in order
My problem seems to be that the ‘guzzle’ file directory doesn’t appear to be in the zip file download for the plugin, so I guess thats the problem.

Time to find another newsletter plugin. Sorry.

When I try to activate the plugin, like I said, WP won’t allow me.
