Thank you but we don’t have the time – this plugin just isn’t good enough for what we are looking for. How do we arrange a refund.

Thanks I got it installed.
Unfortunately most of the premium features don’t work. The pop-up comes up sometimes, and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it fades away, most of the time it is stuck and doesn’t move. It never comes back more than once. Usually it keeps repeating the same order. It shows any random product – not the one from the product page it’s on.
So it doesn’t really work to be honest.
How do I arrange for a refund on the premium upgrade?
