That can be the case as the refund was made within an hour as far as I can see.

I’m going to ask the customer to confirm it wasn’t taken out of his account at all.

I’m not sure to be honest.
I haven’t changed anything in regards to widgets or plugins.
When I add a new product or edit existing one I used to be able to change the color, undo etc. But now I can only make it bold, italic etc.
For some reason the option for the color has disappeared.

As I said before, I haven’t changed anything. Didn’t even update plugins between the time it worked and it disappeared.

Hope this link of a screenshot works. As mention before, there used to be colour button, undo button that now are gone.

Been messing around with it and nothing worked. Tried then to put http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php where I replaced yourdomain with mine and voila, it’s working 🙂
…for now at least.
