As I am a basic user with no wordpress experience at all or with web design I do my best (Thank you), but yes it would help if any one responded to questions not criticism.

But hay why ask for help when we are all so brillant and don’t need it.

The issues is sorted out now (Thank for asking)after two days of playing with setting myself, all seems to be well. Intial fault fixed it self 🙁 (how) who knows but thanks for asking that aswell, really appreciate your time though, but it could have been used some were usefull.

Love the forum process if you ask a simple question its to hard to answer. Great to see forum assistance really works.

I have now lost access to my admin account how does that work.

As to Plugin User Role Editor when I select role why do I not see Administrator in drop down list is the Administrator unchangeable and will it always have complete access of all capabilities – Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber are the only changeable options in this drop down.
Where do I find more information about each capability as I have no idea what level 0 to 10 are for and would like to read more information about each capability? Is there a list with this info?
