Got it!
In Gravity Forms create a form with a email field (Advanced Fields).
From the menu choose Form Settings -> Notifications
Add a new Notification
Next to “Send Email*”, choose the option “Select a field”
Choose the email field you created. Complete the other fields of the notification form and save the notification form.
That’s it!
