As mentioned about, i did enable debugging on the site and was able to replicate the issue multiple times; however, the log file was empty.
There was no resolution (just blaming sendinblue), so I switched to another plugin. It works fine with no issues there, so definitely am integration issue with this plugin. I have uninstalled Hustle.
