I have already posted this same thing in the mystery themes support. I haven’t received a reply yet, and I’m desperate to fix the issue, so I posted here.
I tried what you suggested. I deactivated one by one, but none of the plugins are causing the issue. I didn’t deactivate Jetpack, Google analytics, or Bluehost because those seem like they would be less likely to cause issues.
The health issue checker says I should update to PHP 7.2, but I have no idea how to do that. Is it possible that’s the issue? Under PHP Extensions, the checker says “the optional module, libsodium, is not installer, or has been disabled.” No idea what that means.
I also deleted all of my CSS to see if that was causing the issue, and it’s not. This must have something to do with the theme itself.
