I am having a similar issue. I have been using this plugin with no problems until last week when all of a sudden my visual editor quit functioning. I have narrowed the issue to this plugin. With it disabled, the visual editor works just fine. Plugin creators, please fix. I do not want to go through several posts and edit ad code just because of the plugin flaw. I will be happy to continue to use this plugin if fixed, but if not, I will have to delete this and work with another option.
I am also interested in adding the author where the dateline appears. Does anyone know how to add this to appear with the posts on the homepage and on single post pages?
I also desire to link to single post comments under posts displayed on the home page. Any suggestions?
