In reply to: [Hello Biz] Header.PhP in Child ThemeUpdate, i put the code into chatgpt.
I fixed the error: Font-size=32;
I closed the </div> on top-menu
Problem persists
Problem solved using your troubleshooting article.
With WP Debug True I saw a Zlib compression error. The web host resolved the issue. TY
Oops, darn block editor, here is the plain text redirect url:
[pms-login redirect_url="https://nyc-training.com/video-login/videos/"]Thank you for your prompt reply!
For what it’s worth, my login page has the following short code:
[pms-login redirect_url=”https://nyc-training.com/video-login/videos/”%5D
Also, for what it’s worth, i tried changing the template, same outcome.
To answer your question, Members are active and there is no expiration set.
There is no redirect to an invalid login message, just the same page, not a redirect to the restricted videos page.
My plugins are many, and they have not changed in many years but here is a clip of the PMS plugin:
Having difficulty loading images here, you can see the plugin version here:

The page restrictions look like this:

If this requires hands-on that you log into my website please advise and I will pay for support through your site instead, TY
Turns out an Elementor update conflicted with the theme. Resetting the Elementor version to 3.25.11 fixed the problem, happy holiday!
I also tried to delete the plugin and then I downloaded the zip file from the UltimateMember website. I uploaded the plugin and still only have 16 pages. It’s unfortunate there is no easier solution to resolving what should be a simple and a likely common problem.
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion but that did not work. My site has 16 pages without the plugin. I went to misc settings and checked the remove data on uninstall. I uninstall then reinstall the plugin. I still only have 16 pages. Is it possible I need to delete tables through the PhP MyAdmin interface?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Ad Inserter - Ad Manager & AdSense Ads] Rotate Ad Blocks – At wits endThough I appreciate your effort it hasn’t changed my problem. Instead of using 3 blocks, i combined it all into 1 block with three ads using the [ADVERTISER ROTATE] option. I use the widget in the sidebar, shows the first ad, never rotates. This is the code in block 1 if it matters:
<h3>Product Of Israel<h3>
<h4>Your Advertisement Here!</h4>

<p>Our Premium Membership Plan includes your company’s ads here!</p>
[ADINSERTER ROTATE]
<h3>We Support UnitedJerusalem.com<h3>

[ADINSERTER ROTATE]
<h3>Carmel Winery<h3>

In reply to: [Ad Inserter - Ad Manager & AdSense Ads] Rotate Ad Blocks – At wits endWow, aweseome link, thank you, I did not see that gear setting icon in the docs. I enabled remote debugging but don’t see any feature in the admin toolbar above the webpage. Thanks for your help

In reply to: [Ad Inserter - Ad Manager & AdSense Ads] Rotate Ad Blocks – At wits endHello, thank you for your reply. When I click the gear for the Ad Inserter drop down there is no Debugging option using version 2.6.23 (nor does debugging appear as an option in the system documentation). Not clear how to enable debugging mode
Thank you for the clarification and the url. For what it’s worth your team should consider offering recommended items in the premium version as options.

In reply to: Home returns -1Holy cow, you’re right if you’re using Internet Explorer, i use Firefox by default, which returns an error page, could’ve been that Firefox 5 update i hesitated to install. Any thoughts why it works anywhere but firefox 5?
