The error occurs when Internal Link Juicer and Rehub Framework (Required for my theme) plugins are activated together.
When either are disabled the error displayed when clicking for new post in dashboard disappears.
Rehub support advises no issues with either theme or Framework plugin.

I am using Gutenberg Editor with Rehub Theme.
Since update, I am getting critical error when clicking for new posts. Disabling the plugin is the only work around.
Also producing update failed and publishing failed errors when plugin is activated. A second click for whatever reason follows through with the update or publish without any errors.
