    Hi,

    • The first screenshot shows the error I get when I try to use the “Payments” tab from the main WordPress admin menu (on the left sidebar). When I click this button, nothing loads.
    • The second and third screenshots show the error I get when trying to access the Stripe settings via WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Manage.
      When accessing the Payments section through WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, the list of payment methods displays correctly and when i click on Stripe the liste of payments methodes from stripe also load correctly— but when I click on “setting” inside Stripe, nothing loads.

    Hi,

    I didn’t create a support ticket with the Stripe plugin team, and I don’t think it’s related to the Stripe plugin, because even when I deactivate and remove the Stripe plugin, the “Payment” tab has the same issue with the “Payment Settings (beta)” and the JavaScript errors.

    Additionally, I want to mention that this issue persists even when WooCommerce is the only plugin left active on my site.

    Hi,

    I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to provide an update on the issue.

    After disabling the “Payment Settings (beta)” option, the “Payment” tab is now displaying the payment methods correctly (see screenshot 1&2 : https://imgur.com/a/SHNXf9k). I can click on “Manage” for each payment method, but when I go into the settings for Stripe, for example, and try to access the “Settings (Réglages)” section next to “Moyens de paiement” , I encounter the same issue where the content is empty (see screenshot 3 : https://imgur.com/a/SHNXf9k).

    I was able to connect Stripe successfully, but due to this issue, I cannot exit the test mode.

    Additionally, I want to mention that I installed the same setup on another server, and everything is working perfectly fine there.

    Hi,

    Quick update: I just deactivated the “Payment Settings (beta)” option in Settings > Advanced > Features, and now the Payments tab works again.

    I haven’t tried to process any payments yet, but I’ll give it a try and update you if that solves the issue.

    Hello, thanks for the reply,

    Yes, I’m still getting the same JavaScript error (screenshot), even after deactivating all plugins.
    I have 4 logs showing fatal errors: see here.
    The one mentioning “TwintWoo” refers to a plugin I tried to use to enable Twint payment (it’s the official plugin), but I couldn’t activate it due to a fatal error.

    i will try the staging site to see also.
