I think I may have tried to update at one point and found the functionality changed so I returned to the previous version.
I’ll check in with you before I start a new season.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Events: Player v PlayerThe problem with just changing the title is the score will still be displayed in player order. So if Jim wins 7-2, the result will show ‘Jim v Bob 2-7’
I’m looking into restoring a backup. I’ll let you know version then and send a screenshot.

I use SportsPress for a couple of leagues. The singles league started
in March 2017. It worked then and through many updates. I probably haven’t updated

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Events: Player v PlayerIt may be a limitation of the Chozen jQuery plugin, but it didn’t work like this until I updated the SportsPress software to the latest version.
Prior to that, yesterday, I could choose Player 1 and Player 2 as separate fields. Now they are combined. It’s not the jQuery plugin – the implementation has changed. It should be changed back or made optional.

We play home and away, so there will be two events for each combination:
Bob at Jim
Jim at BobGlobally reversing won’t work.

That doesn’t help me set events that are Bob v Jim or Jim v Bob.I was always able to specify the order of the players when adding the
