Just last night I was able to solve it and I didn’t have time to communicate it to the forum.
The solution: as hidden as it is simple.
In theme customization (OceanWP) General options> General styles> Clic in WP HeaderI hope I can serve someone with the same problem, since the internal background color was not working either

I have solved it !!.
You must have installed the Ocean Extra plugin that helps to edit the Theme pagesProcess:
Then in the normal edition of pages en WP-admin,
-Select the page you need.
-In document mode, OceanWP Setting
-Searched for the titles sector and the phrase you want is added in the sub-heading.
-It is updated the page and ready !!!I upload a guide image in case it serves someone else.

And the mentioned phrase keeps coming out.

Eeepa, no te enojes, que igual vas a seguir vendiendo el complemento. Incluso yo, si las cosas mejoran lo haré.
Solamente digo que algo tan básico como la conversión de moneda no deberia pagarse extra.
Lo extra serian funcionalidades más detalladas o profundas, no algo elemental Y QUE YA LO TENIA ESTE PLUGIN. Me pregunto porque raro motivo dejaron de ponerlo.
Igual te felicito porque has encontrado una buena manera de mejorar tu tienda con esta “falencia” de Mercado Pago, cosa que ninguno de nosotros supo hacer.

Entiendo, pero $2400 pesos anuales si no se tienen muchas ventas es muuucha plata.
Hay que instalar la versión 3.1.1 y listo. Esa si la permite.
Mercado Pago ya cobra comisión por sus ventas, debería solucionarse este problema para sus usuarios y no que tengamos que abonar aparte para usar correctamente su utilidad.

I have done what you tell me and the problem remained. I have even configured the plugin in different ways and nothing.
Until the simplest solution it was correct. It is not enough to paste the shortcode directly into the block, but must be done within the shortcode mode of the wordpress block.
Maybe it was a mistake of mine from the beginning, or a wordpress flaw. The truth is that now it works and I am happy since I really like the plugin envira.
Maybe someone will be utility the solution, I hope so.

Thumbnails come out blurry media, the menu that is horizontal makes it vertical and the footer deforms the logo.
