In reply to: [ShareThis Reaction Buttons] It may be useful to others.Hi @bender6363, sorry to hear about the trouble, and thank you for sharing this. The plugin shouldn’t prevent a site from loading on mobile.
We’re escalating this to our engineering team to investigate. If you’re able to share a few details, it would really help us reproduce the issue:
- A URL where it happens
- Your WordPress version, ShareThis plugin version, and PHP version ( you can find this in Tools > Site Health)
- Your theme name
- Any caching/minify/optimization tools in use (e.g. Autoptimize/WP Rocket/LiteSpeed/Cloudflare, etc.)
- Your mobile + browser and what “won’t load” looks like (blank page, spinner, errors)
Thanks again, we’ll dig in and follow up with what we find.

In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] Support for TikTokHi @pisarik,
Thank you for reaching out!
Currently, Instagram and TikTok restricts its API and therefore it isn’t possible to share content across an endpoint through an application outside their environment. This means that the functionality to create a share button that interacts with Instagram or TikTok is not available for users or third-party developers due to these restrictions.
However, we do offer an Instagram/TikTok Follow Button which you can add on your end by installing the ShareThis Follow Buttons plugin on WordPress.
Check them out here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/sharethis-follow-buttons/
Best,

Hi @wprobbiewp,
Our engineering team just released a new version of the plugin that includes support for autodisplay on product pages.
Please update to the latest version and make sure you select “Product” in the configs as post type. Let us know if this resolves the issue on your end.
@wprobbiewp Could you please email a product page URL to [email protected] so our team can take a closer look?
Hi @wprobbiewp,
Thanks for reporting this! I’ve shared your feedback with our engineering team so we can investigate what might be causing this issue.
In the meantime, could you confirm if the ShareThis tools appear on other pages (like blog posts or the homepage)?
Appreciate your patience while we dig into this!

In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] OPcache + Simple Share Buttons AdderHi @sbabalici,
If disabling OPcache fixes the admin page, that confirms OPcache is caching the plugin PHP and causing the 403.
Try adding the plugin folder to OPcache’s blacklist (opcache.blacklist_filename) (wp-content/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/) this should exempt the plugin/admin URLs from server cache.
