How do I set it to “Don’t save the featured image to my server instead to display the featured image from it’s source? I don’t see a setting anywhere to set it to not save the featured image to my server instead link to the source of the image.

Featured Image Meta Box – Replace WordPress’ featured image meta box with Nelio’s.There are 3 Modes (I choose Double-Quote Mode because your help notes state “Compatible themes include Newspaper”)
Default Mode
Double-Quote Mode
Simple-Quote ModeAutoset Featured Image has 4 options ( I choose Use First Image in Post)
Disabled
Use First Image in Post
Use Any Image in Post
