I have searched the plugin site over and over for email information, but I can’t find it. I found a link to a support form, but was only redirected to the general FAQ and support site which doesn’t help me.

Further on I found a contact form which required login, but it says “username or email not found” even though I’m able to login via the link sent to my email when purchasing.
If going to the contact form page when already logged in, the page doesn’t acknowledge me as logged in and ask for username/password again. Which doesn’t work.

What email can I use?
