In reply to: [Zoho Billing - Embed Payment Form] Failure on ActivationHi Sarathkumar,
great, I was able to activate the plugin now. Many thanks for this, really appreciated.
In our case, we planned to use it for different sites within a multisite. These sites are locations (cities) and we want them to make use of the same plans/products for memberships.
What confuses me, is that Hosted Pages are not ‘location or language-dependent’, similar to the Customer-Portal of Zoho BOOKS. For legal and language reasons, it seems a little strange to only have one hosted page, but maybe, I am getting something wrong here. This is of course more of a general topic and not related to the WP-Plugin alone.
Second, I was hoping, that the plugin will allow me to show the addons as well, but it seems, that I can only add to the URL manually. Additionally, one can only tag ‘Amounts’ in the plans and addons once and one cannot adjust minmums and maximums. In our world, members can only have one plan and one or no specific addon.
Please let me know, whether this is the best place to discuss, or whether we move this to another forum.
Best, Holger

In reply to: [Zoho Billing - Embed Payment Form] Failure on ActivationHi Sarathkumar,
I don’t think, that this is the right approach. If you are listing a new plugin on the WordPress directory, one must trust, that it can be activated without any issues. Maybe, the more experienced of us, will be able to find and change the right php.ini, however, WordPress beauty steams from it’s broad scale of different levels of experiences of it’s users.
We planned to use BOOKS & SUBSCRIPTIONS on many sites, however, relying on minor tweaks to keep the plugin working is high risk and not truly an option.
Let me also state, that we very much like your solutions and are very impressed, how they have evolved since we started using them.
I think, there is a huge potential in wisely integrating Zoho and WordPress, but you would be needed to also comply with the standards of the Open Source world.
Please keep up with all the great work, very much appreciated. For now, I won’t use your plugin, but also won’t rate it down. Maybe others will, hence I think, action is needed from your end.
All the best, Holger
