I have checked Enable Product Reviews and Star Ratings in woocommerce Settings – Products. I’m talking about when I’m editing a product, I add the review directly on the edit page without selecting the star rating option, I’m not talking about the buyer rating without the star rating option.

The quick view add to cart button on mobile is fine using the developer tools, but there is a problem opening it on a real phone.@skalanter
