Thank you for pointing it out. And sorry for the inconvenience. Plugin was well tested. But there was some problem while committing, newly added files were not reflected, so it gave error on front-end. Now we have again committed the files and tested it. So it should work fine.
Please download the latest version of plugin. And upload it via FTP. It will work. If any problem please let us know.

Thank you for your suggestion. Our new version 4.0.1 is out now and we have removed the local jquery. Instead, we are now using the default jQuery loaded by WordPress.
