@acurran This is something that works for my clients (I do speed optimization and external resources on PageSpeed are a problem), it most likely will work for you.

I didn’t see your website, but what this plugin does, it removes reCaptcha from all pages not containing Contact Form 7’s shortcode, so it should remove the leftovers

It just removes reCaptcha from all pages without contact form which solves the problem for 99% pages
