Yes, I uploaded it as normal to my media library. I checked with my host about permissions and they investigated and stated there was no reason they could identify why the file access permission is being denied.
Yes… after installing the updated plug-in, under the thumbnail tab, it still defaults to thumbnail size. I can not change this to a different one.
Under the Styles tab, the rounded thumbnails option is selected and when I change and save it to no style, it defaults right back rounded.
(My developer found a workaround for me in the meantime by setting the thumbnail size to what was once my custom size of 204 x 170.)
