Hello, hope you’re good, any news on this ?
We are receiving new orders and have to call customer to know what options they chose. This is becoming urgent, especially during this season. Thank youHello, I’m good, thanks hope you too.
Sure thing, you can go here : https://www.amigosskateshop.com/fr/product-cat/skateboard-fr/boards-decks-planches/
Select whatever board and select these options before adding to cart:
Grip : Gratuit
Set up : appliquer le grip
These are free options, you’ll see that they aren’t set in the cart after you’ve added the product with them. It works well on the original version (english).
Thank youHello, alright thanks.

In reply to: [APCu Manager] conflict with wpmlI am so sorry, I transferred this from someone without verifying and I tried it afterwards and it works great. I can (de)activate the plugin payment without any problem.. i’m so sorry for this.
The hosting service is Infomaniak (cloud server). It supports APCu, I had to activate it myself.
Forget about this, I’m really sorry. I’ll let you know as soon as I get news from wpmlForum: Plugins
In reply to: [APCu Manager] conflict with wpmlI’ve asked them the link. As soon as I receive it, I’ll let you know.
Meanwhile, I discovered that I had to deactivate the plugin (APCu) to activate one of my payment plugin on the Woocommerce > Payments page (and then I can reactivate the plugin). If I don’t do this, the payment plugin never gets activated (or after multiple tries). Am I doing something wrong ? Should I do something else when this kind of thing happens

In reply to: [Flexible Refund for WooCommerce – EU One Click Return] Bulk refundin our case (and some other from people I saw looking for the same thing) it’s mostly to fully refund order.
I thought about your question though and I think that if you need to gain time it’s because your case is “easy” and can be done in bulk, which means all orders need to be fully refunded (because done in bulk). If you need partial refund, I guess you’d do it one by one since you need to make sure about the part you want to refund.

In reply to: [APCu Manager] conflict with wpmlUnfortunately no. But I could ask if you want, let me know.
And yes, I also think there is something coming from their plugin and not yours.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [APCu Manager] conflict with wpmlHello, sure thing !
Here is a simple google search with a lot of results about it.
A page by wpml about some issues and what do to about it (= open a ticket..).
There is no real doc about it but as you can see from this thread (with a link to the wpml doc about object caching), someone tried some OC plugins (and yours) but always has problems.
The only info I could give from us is that when we deactivate your plugin, wpml works great. As soon as we activate it, we have some stuff going weird. The problem is that wpml adds a lot of queries and object caching is very useful with this plugin.

In reply to: [Flexible Refund for WooCommerce – EU One Click Return] Bulk refundThe idea would be to select all orders like in your screenshot and then select an option in the “bulk action” select. Then it would refund completely all orders (not partially, only full refund). So instead of going on each order and refund them one by one by filling all the field, we would just select them and go for a bulk refund of all of them.
Does that make sens ?
