Hello Concern,
Please grant my sincere apology for the delayed response.

We do not use PayPal cookies for the payment.
WPPayForm uses PayPal API for redirecting users to the PayPal checkout page.

Everything is provided and controlled by the PayPal authority on the PayPal checkout page.
After making the payment, they provide us the notification of payments which contains the payment transaction id and status.

Hello Concern,

I do not want to disappoint you, but unfortunately, Authorize.net is not available yet on WPPayForm.
This feature is on our roadmap, and hopefully, it will be available in the future.
