Hello There,
Ninja Tables is fully compatible with PHP version 8.3. Please bear with us for a little while as we work on compatibility for PHP 8.4.
Thank you!
Hello There,
FluentCommunity typically recommends a Site Logo dimension of 480 x 120 with a 4:1 Aspect Ratio to ensure visual consistency. However, since the default dimensions do not perfectly align with your design vision, you can leverage the Custom CSS option into the platform. By navigating to the Customization Settings and selecting the Custom CSS/JS tab, as shown in the screenshot at : https://prnt.sc/H8V8XtxLEchU, you can override the default styling.
To adjust the size to your exact requirements, please apply the following CSS Snippet within that setting. You can modify the values to match your preference:
.fcom_top_menu .fhr_logo a img {
max-height: 50px !important;
width: a`uto;
}Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Hello There,
We appreciate your patience while we were away!You can find complete details on how to use conditional logic within Paymattic here: https://paymattic.com/docs/how-to-use-conditional-logic-in-form-fields-with-paymattic/
This same logic can be applied to your email notification feeds to control when specific messages are sent. You can find the specific steps for setting this up in our documentation here: https://paymattic.com/docs/how-to-setup-email-notifications-in-paymattic-wordpress-plugin/#6-toc-title
However, it appears you specifically want to trigger notifications based on a payment item/product. Unfortunately, the email notification feed does not currently support conditional logic based directly on payment items.
Furthermore, I have added your suggestion as a feature request for Paymattic. Our R&D team will evaluate this for future updates!
Thank you for your feedback!
Hello There,
We have escalated this concern to the developer team, and I am happy to inform you that they have already worked on this. The functionality has been successfully implemented and is currently in the beta testing phase.
You can expect this feature to be available in the next official update of the plugin.Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Hello There,
At this time, Paymattic does not have plans to integrate with LemonSqueezy or Freemius platforms on its current roadmap.
However, I am forwarding your suggestion to our R&D team. They will review it and take further action based on their assessment.
Thank you!
Hello Dhanakumaran,
We have thoroughly reviewed our codebase for both the current and previous versions you mentioned. Based on our investigation, we can confirm that the hook wppayform/form_payment_success is only triggered when the payment status is manually changed. This hook does not handle 2D or 3D payment processes directly.
To properly investigate the issue you are facing, we would need to recreate it on your site. For that, admin access is required. However, since this is a public forum, sharing credentials here is not recommended for security reasons.
I kindly suggest reaching out through our private support channel instead, where you can safely share the necessary access details here.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello Fody,
Thanks a lot for bringing it to our attention.
The default label for the Offline Payment (Direct Bank Transfer) option will be removed in the next update of the plugin. After that update, you will have full control over the payment details shown to users. If you leave the payment details section blank while setting up the form, users won’t see any extra information when they select the offline payment option.
Thank you!Hello Fody,
Paymattic does not allow setting a payment item field with a “0” payment amount directly. However, if you want users to submit the form without making a payment, you can achieve this by using the coupon feature.
You can create a 100% discount coupon. When a user enters this coupon code on the form, the total amount becomes $0, and they will not be redirected to the payment checkout page. The submission will go through immediately, and the payment status will be automatically marked as “Paid” in the Entries section. For a quick visual reference, here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/w3eC7dqvj5ZqRight now, we are a bit unclear about how your form is set up or what specific issue you are running into. It would be really helpful if you could share some screenshots with necessary details. That way, we can better understand the situation and guide you more accurately.
Thank you!

Paymattic includes a signup fee feature within its subscription payment field. This feature allows you to charge an additional amount along with the first subscription payment. The same total amount will then be applied to all subsequent payments. You can check out this screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/1OO-a264NAoL
However, now it is not possible to apply a discount to the first payment while keeping the regular subscription amount for the following payments. Hopefully, it will be available in a future update.Thank you!
