I found my problem yesterday, at night … Developer life 🙂
I used a plugin a few days ago to redirect to a personalized thank you page, but I deleted this plugin, however it continued to block my follow-up, probably a question of url. I realized that on the Checkout page I had my events, but on the order received… Only page view event, I therefore understood that there was certainly a problem on the understanding of the url by the different tracking tools, in fact Facebook, Pinterest or even Analytics, none carried out order tracking. My solution was to change the url of the page, for example “order received” is now “merci”, “order-payment” is now “paiement”, and all the others pages urls are now in “French URL”…
Tracking now works fully with GTM4WP, so thanks for this plugin 🙂
