Hi Mira,
Please submit your questions to the IgnitionDeck forums so we can make sure you get the answers you are looking for: http://ignitiondeck.com/id/forums/
I believe you are using the Yoast SEO plugin so you don’t need to create a separate sitemap for Google but rather use the validation tools within the Yoast SEO to register your site with the search engines.
Please go ahead a post in http://ignitiondeck.com/id/forums/channel/general-user-discussion/ and we’ll help get that sorted out for you. 🙂

In reply to: [IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding Platform] Change currencyHi pattyvdvalk,
It looks like you are using IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding with Woo-Commerce. There was a bug with the currency but that has been fixed with the latest update – I’m not sure what version of the plugin you are running (should be 1.5.6). You will also need to set your payment gateway currency in the WooCommerce plugin.
If you are still having difficulties, can you post your plugin versions over in http://ignitiondeck.com/id/forums/ so we can assist you in a more timely fashion as we do not monitor the WP.org forums that frequently.

In reply to: [IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding Platform] Time wasted, and Dissatisfied.Hi Ivan,
The Auth.net is built directly into the IgnitionDeck plugins (the IgnitionDeck Commerce plugin specifically) so you don’t need an additional plugin or extension in order to use Auth.net as your payment gateway. Documentation for setting up IDC with Auth.net is provided.
According to the website, the price for the IgnitionDeck Enterprise license is $449 (http://ignitiondeck.com/id/ignitiondeck-pricing/). Directly below that in the FAQ is the following information:
Each IgnitionDeck purchase includes a full year of support and updates.
Your purchase grants you access to our support forums, detailed documentation, and product dashboard for one full year after your purchase of IgnitonDeck.
And in the Terms and Conditions:
Support and product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
The renewal price for IgnitionDeck Enterprise is not $499 but $275. The renewal enables you to continue to receive updates to the plugins and access to our support channels.
I hope that clarifies the questions you have regarding the Auth.net integration and the terms of the IgnitionDeck license and renewal. If you have further questions, please feel free to pop over to http://ignitiondeck.com/id/contact-ignitiondeck/ and drop us an email.

In reply to: [IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding Platform] Enterprise valet pre-sale questionsHi helloyoga,
The IgnitionDeck crowdfunding plugins work very well for what they were designed for – running crowdfunding campaigns. The plugins have hooks which can be used to extend the functionality of the plugins but not all programmers use this and instead hack the plugin. But you don’t need to know how to code in order to use the plugins; some familiarity with WordPress is a great place to start.
When you purchase the Valet service to go with your IDE plugins, we will
- install the plugins on your site (Do you have WP installed already? No? We’ll do that too.),
- install one of our themes of your choice,
- configure the plugin settings,
- create the required pages and menu items,
- set up your payment gateways,
- create a test user account and crowdfunding project,
- and test the payment gateway to make sure everything works properly.
When all the set up and testing is complete, we hand the site back over to you along with documentation on what we have done. We also include a warranty period to answer any questions you might have.
The valet service does not include customization of the theme or the plugins (i.e. creation of custom CSS or child themes, integration of custom payment gateways, or additional functionality).
What we require from you is that you have web hosting that will support a WordPress installation (must have PHP 5.4+), have a merchant account for the payment gateway(s) of your choice, and provide the information we request in order to set up the site for you.
If you have other questions, why not pop over to http://ignitiondeck.com/ and send us a message.
Hi Nate,
It sounds like you have a really cool project that you are putting together and the IgnitionDeck team would love to help you out with this. The best thing to do would be to fire off a message to the Ops team by filling out the form at http://ignitiondeck.com/id/crowdfunding-consulting/ so we can get a better handle of the customizations you are looking for and how they can be achieved.
Also, for quicker response times for general sales questions, please visit us at http://ignitiondeck.com/id/contact-ignitiondeck/. For any future support needs, please visit our forums at http://forums.ignitiondeck.com and file a ticket there as our support staff does not monitor the WP forums on a regular basis.
