If your tab is empty, then it doesn’t show heading there, so it’s useful to do like this:

if (isset($tabs['additional_information']['title'])) {
  		$tabs['description']['title'] = __('Info'); // Renames the tab
	} else {
		unset($tabs['description']);
	};
