    Hi,

Thanks for this. I’ll have a look. I should have said I am using woocommerce. I’m happy to use a different solution if that helps.

Again any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I eventually managed to reduce its size, and then move it into the main screen area.

That’s now fixed. Thank you Lori for your help.

On a separate note, why was that hidden from the navigator?

And I don’t know why there are so many empty boxes/attributes littered all over the pages. Any guidance available?

    Thanks

    Paul

    A little bit more info.

Although I had used the navigator to check the elements, I found a child off of ‘site navigation’ called ‘division’.

There are actually 2 children off site navigation, both called division. This second entry doesn’t appear on navigator in YellowPencil.

The 2nd of them opens a box that covers a wide part of the excess area to the right. That is labelled ‘#site-navigation .primary-menu-container’

I have tried deleting it, but that took away the sites’ page menu.

I wonder if this is the cause.

Again, any advice anyone would be awesome.

    Hi Lori,

Thanks very much for replying. This is copiously beyond my competency and any abilities!!!!!

After much searching and struggling (as this is so much guess work on my part!!!!), I found the code I think? But I think the mumber is 34 not 36 as I couldn’t find 36 anywhere.

I set up a staging site:

    https://henry-may.com/wp-staging/

If you look for the code you mentioned you should find: padding: 4px 4px 4px 0

If I have found the code you mentioned then going from 34 to 4px has made no difference to the scrolling situation when in mobile view. I don’t actually know what difference that made.

As a different question, I think the right hand scrolling is much more than 34px it’s several times the width of my screen.

So I’m stuck. But I would be interested to know if I did find the code you ment.

    Help?! 🙂

    Thanks

    Paul
