Hi James!
No auto-create up to now. Just pure woocommerce. There, i create a code. Then, i create a “normal product” called “voucher for 10€” which i marked “virtual”. If someone buys this product (voucher 10€), he receives the code from me (via a handmade PDF with the code via email).

What plug-in would you recommend for this?

The other questions above i think, are answered already.
