In reply to: [WooCommerce] Discounts being applied with Coupons Being DisabledThanks for responding.
Indeed, there’s no coupon registered on the order.
I also searched the database and there’s nothing. In both orders, the order table shows a “coupon_amount” applied to 100% of the product price, but it doesn’t specify which coupon was used. https://prnt.sc/FmyI8dxD4LEk
As I said, coupon use is disabled, and I even enabled it to delete a test coupon we had, to be 100% sure there were no disabled coupons there. (I did this after both incidents occurred, but coupon use was disabled at the time of the incidents.)
We also reviewed a list of plugins we have (which are quite a few) to determine which ones might be influencing the prices. This is our list of installed plugins: https://pastebin.com/Tg37Sjgz
Among the plugins, we have WPCode, which we use to create certain code snippets to include improvements on the site. We searched for any snippets that interfere with the price (set_price), and the only one found is the one I shared with you earlier: https://pastebin.com/t3xugx49
The detail that I see different from the other orders is the shipping method. See image: https://prnt.sc/MXuEOJ9nOi9Z
We have implemented that shipping method ONLY for when a discount coupon that includes free shipping is used, that is, when we use The coupon for testing activates that shipping method. We had that shipping method configured like this: https://prnt.sc/ipIeiGY5Rlcc
However, they don’t have the same name, so I don’t think that FREE shipping applies.
We have the “FREE” shipping rule applied with the Flexible Shipping plugin, with a rule that if the order is over $87 USD, shipping is free. https://prnt.sc/hTDlQDUUAKhE
This would be obvious, because when the 100% discount is applied to the price, that shipping option is activated.
As for payment methods, we only use PAYPAL (the official plugin developed by Woo) with the “Standard Payments” and “Standard Card Button” options enabled. We have no other options.
Honestly, I don’t know what to think; there’s no clear logic to what’s happening 🙁
Any help is welcome.Forum: Plugins

System report: https://pastebin.com/SPwbWBbjDiscount Snippet code: https://pastebin.com/t3xugx49
And no, all coupons usage was disabled at the time of the incident. We did have 100% discount coupons for testing porpuses, but the coupon usage was not abled at the time of the order.
Great! i can wait for the next update. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytics not showing data / Import historical data not workingSorry for the delay…
I did everything you recommended me to do:
1. Clear analytics cache (I did not find “WooCommerce Analytics: Data Synchronization”)
This tool will reset the cached values used in WooCommerce Analytics. https://prnt.sc/Z8pJ4Rd5ym2n2. Verify base database tables and Clear WooCommerce transients
3. The data still not showing on WooCommerce → Analytics
4. On WooCommerce → Analytics → Settings im trying to import the data but it just stays looping. https://prnt.sc/bDP3VGSUPAYV
And i still see this warning: https://prnt.sc/M9X8Oq34XdF3
Any ideas?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytics not showing data / Import historical data not workingI did what you recommended.
- I updated the WooCommerce version.
- I updated the database.
- I checked the Scheduled Actions section, and it’s empty: https://prnt.sc/Yt0ad3n6P1tI
I’m curious about the message that appears there:
Action Scheduler migration in progress. The list of scheduled actions may be incomplete.I reimported the data, but nothing happens; it stays like this: https://prnt.sc/GBrzGYUDY6lJ
I’m fine with losing the old data (as long as I don’t lose my customers’ and orders’ information).
How can I shrink the wp_dabala_actionscheduler_logs table?
If it helps, I’m using WP Control.
What do you think might be happening?
