In reply to: Can't login to admin panel, site's layout is wrong. Some are in the Dashboard, like the staff is there, and I go to their bios, but the link from their photo on the staff page to their bio is not working. I’m looking into that now. The big portion is they had a portfolio of projects that linked to bios of those projects, and those are not appearing in the dashboard.
To give you an idea, its http://www.ceviandesign.com. There is one of the projects on there, but right now just the instagram link appears not the other projects. Am I missing something?

In reply to: Can't login to admin panel, site's layout is wrong.I combed through the database and it appears so. I see comments, posts, pretty much each category that is present has content in it. I inherited this site from someone else, so I am learning as I go. I apologize for the waywardness, I am just a Dreamweaver guy.

In reply to: Can't login to admin panel, site's layout is wrong.Thank you for your help. It worked. I have one more issue.
The layout in wordpress is blank. As in the template previously used is unedited and just like when I first downloaded the template, for example no company logo, no pages, staff, etc. Just a template is uploaded. I performed a migration from one host to another. I performed the backup, have it on my local storage. Uploaded to the new host, created a new database, installed wordpress again, edited the wp-config file. I followed all of the directions from the codex article on how to perform a migration and keep the same domain. I have the database on my new host, it has all of the data, and the files are present in file manager, but the “connection” for lack of a better term is not being made between the database info and such. Any advice?
