Thanks for your reply Roxy. I’ll mention this to hostgator support if need be. Yes, because I’ve been getting memory errors for other things like gutenberg and admin pages you must be right it’s not necessicarily woocommerce related. I’ll mark as resolved for now. Thanks again.

I think something is wrong with my woocommerce installation. Actually I contacted Hostgator and they said to contact you.

I want to add that I did try using the health check plugin as well as manually deactivate all plugins and found that only when Yoast SEO is active does WooCommerce behave like this.
