    Hi, Eric,

Thanks a lot for your quick response and advice. I’ve just tried to activate plugin as you said, for a single site. It doesn’t help to fix the error. Unfortunately. 🙁

As for the author of this commercial plugin, I haven’t got any his support or even simple answer to my questions for more than two weeks, neither via his ticket system, nor at the forum of this plugin. The forums of the Codecanyon platform are intended only for pre-sale questions, and all the topics, which can reveal any serious bugs of the commercial products, are being deleted, mine too. It seems, there is no such a place, where one can discuss and get answers or suggestions from other users of the plugin. I’ve lost my hope. So tried to ask for any help there. Sorry…
    And thank you again.
    Kind regards,

    Hi, Yumpu,

I’ve met with the same problem. I have tried ti upload my pdf three times, first entering the title and description, however without any success: “no input file or title missing”. I’ve even made PHP memory size increased, but did not helped. Any suggestions?
By the way, where an uploaded PDF files are stored?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi, MMuro,
First of all we certainly need front-end translations. The Admin panel could be left as it is (EN) for a while.
Thanks for your advice. It’s quite sophisticated to localize something for non-developers (which I am) :). And there is a question: if your suggested adjustment replaces English translation or it works as a switch for different languages? Our site is multilingual, so we will use different forms in different languages.
The second point: how to get bilingual such things as “Submit” button, title “Verification”, other visible texts, which are not error messages called by js, but simply embedded in your code. We are using qTranslate tool, but its shortcode [:lt]… [:en] doesn’t work with your plugin unlike others.
As I like your plug nevertheless, I’ve decided to make bilingual texts and button on the same form, but, you see, it’s not the way to solve this problem. So I hope to get good news on release of a new update.

    Hi Alex,
Thanks for your perfect and useful plugin.
However I’m stuck with the same problem: when I try to insert galleries using nextgen.DESC button, the plugin loads only a part of them, I cannot see all my galleries. The same strange thing happens with image insert: I see less than the tenth part of them.
We have WordPress 3.2.1 running in its own directory )not in the root) and the newest version of NGG (1.8.3). According to your suggestion I’ve checked, if there is used home_url() instead site_url(). Yes, there is. The plugin health check passed well.
I wonder what’s going wrong. Any other suggestions? Thanks for any help.

The requested urgency of my post above can be skipped, as we just solved this problem somehow primitively: we re-uploaded all the images (existent at FTP) through WP Media Library uploader. That’s it!
However it’s very strange, that such a powerful tool as WP cannot synchronize the view of files at FTP and its own library. Moreover, WP even deletes files only from its library, but not from a server Uploads directory. The lack of directory structure (view and folderising) at the WP media library is also a huge handicap. Have anybody missed those options yet?

    Hi,
I beg for urgent assistance. We have the same problem: suddenly Media Library stopped displaying any images, though all of them are present and viewable via external FTP commander.
We use latest WordPress version 3.2.1 and have tried everything suggested in this thread. Even HotFix has no impact.
As we are already late with the launch of the website, every delayed hour is very costly.
Hope to get any suggestions. Thanks a lot.

Thanks, Mmuro, for your answer. I’ll be waiting lot for next version. Could I hope to be informed of a new release with localization support? (*pot or *po files are requisite). Good luck in optimization!
