Same here. MailPoet (Plugin version 5.14.3) is reviewing my subscription for more than 72 hrs now. New subscribers are only getting the confirmation email if I sent with my own SMTP settings.

Tried that, unfortunately to no avail.
When I search for “brücke” nothing is highlighted, but “brucke” finds “brücke” and highlights it, though not in each case. I don’t get it.
Well, I think I’m going to persuade my customer to buy the pro version and then ask for individual support.
However, I’m impressed by your quick replies and valuable tips even for the free version here. Thumbs up!

Thanks for your quick reply! Following your hints I was able to get the desired results. 🙂
However, there is another issue: If the search term contains special characters like the German umlauts ä, ö, ü the highlighting doesn’t work. Live results show the correct part of the text where the search term occurs but there is no highlighting, neither in the live results nor in the page.
Is there a possibility to solve this?

Two more questions regarding certificates:
1. Would it be possible to have “Your course name” and “Course Date” as dynamic fields generated from order details?
2. Is there a possibility to bulk send these certificates to filtered customers (filtered by ordered product)?
